Semantisch publishing

Sharing knowledge and information through an intranet, extranet, the Internet and mobile? Aimed at human readers or in particular for other applications? Semantic Publishing takes care of the publication of your knowledge and information using the Open Source Drupal publication platform. In our solutions, we apply the latest semantic technologies for an optimal distribution of your information.

Semantic Publishing factory

The Semantic Publishing services are supported by the semantic publishing factory. The core of the factory is formed by a triple store knowledge base. This triple store contains the knowledge about the domain at hand. The knowledge base is used for two purposes:

  1. To include domain knowledge in the content enrichment process. This process uses a text engineering frame in which different NLP and other text processing components can be combined for the task at end.
  2. To publish the knowledge. Content and knowledge can be published directly from the knowledge base.

The semantics of the domain are captured by an ontology which drives the configuration of the semantic publishing factory to the domain at hand.

A business processing engine is used to drives and monitors the content enrichment and publishing process.

The whole architecture is based on open standards. In this way new components can easily be integrated in the factory, maintaining a performing and state-of-the-art solution. As a result, optimal business flexibility is achieved minimizing the time to market.
